National High Schoolers’ Conference

Please arrive at the Conference Centre by 4:00pm on 3 July 2026.

WHO CAN JOIN?

This conference is open to all high schoolers, (years 7-12), their serving ones and parents of high schoolers. Because we have found that year 6 students tend to struggle to follow the schedule and content of the conference, we feel that they should wait until year 7 to start attending.

To preserve a good atmosphere at the conference only high school serving ones (who are currently serving high schoolers in their locality) or parents of high schoolers, should be serving at the conference.

HOW WILL YOU GET THERE?

Everyone is required to complete the transportation section of the registration form. This includes those who are from Brisbane.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

For those requiring Airport Pickup and Drop off, please book your flights as follows:

  • Arrival: Friday 3 July 2026 before 1:00pm for domestic flights and 12:00pm for international flights
  • Departure: Monday 6 July 2026 after 5:00pm for domestic flights and 6:00pm for international flights

HOW MUCH IS IT & HOW DO I PAY?

Adults & Year 7 and above – $375.00

Please pay to your district/church coordinator by Monday 1 June 2026.

Anyone who is not currently serving in their locality and would like to join should have fellowship with their locality or district coordinator before registering. Thank you!

[Optional] Linen package – $35.00 (includes pillowcase, bed sheets and a towel)

Please be aware that the campsite will provide a blanket and a pillow for all beds. All other bedding and bed linen, including sleeping bag, sheets, pillowcase & towel needs to be brought from home unless you have purchased a linen package.

HOSPITALITY

There will be no arranged hospitality before and after the conference for interstate saints besides those from Western Australia. However, if you want hospitality, we encourage you to directly contact the saints. We recommend hospitality requests to be limited to 2-3 days after the conclusion of the conference.

Hospitality will be arranged for those from Perth limited to one day before and one day after the conference. Please indicate this on the trasportation form.

Hospitality will be arranged for overseas saints limited to two days before and two days after the conference. Please indicate this on the registration form.

COVID TEST REQUIREMENTS

You are not required to do a RAT or PCR test prior to the conference as it is no longer mandated. However, if you are unwell or are a close contact to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 before the conference, please conduct a RAT or PCR test. If you continue to be unwell, please stay at home.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Bible, pens, pillow with pillowcase, sleeping bag/blanket and sheets, toiletries, towel, analog/digital watch or alarm clock, and an exercised spirit! If you are travelling from interstate, you may want to purchase a linen package. The total cost for the package is $35.00.

CAN I BRING MY MOBILE PHONE?

All high schoolers are to hand in their mobile phones, collected at registration, for the duration of the conference. If parents need to contact the high schoolers during the conference, please contact brother Peter Caldis or brother Yongkie Santoso.
